2.3 The membership fee is $99 per year, and the subscription duration is one year from the date of payment.
2.4 Membership will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, unless you cancel your membership.

5.1 The Platform and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on the information provided.
5.2 The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information on the Platform.
6.1 Membership fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable laws.
6.2 If you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so before the end of the current subscription period. Failure to cancel will result in automatic renewal.
7.1 Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
7.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to pursue mediation or another alternative dispute resolution method before resorting to litigation.
7.3 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed in the courts of Utah.
8.1 The Platform reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
8.2 Any modifications to these Terms will be effective upon posting the revised version on the Platform.
8.3 Continued use of the Platform after the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
